Digital education
During the period of prosperity of a sovereign state, the education system in our country is experiencing a new development thanks to the unprecedented efforts of our esteemed President. A lot of work is being done to modernize the system, introduce innovative technologies, improve the quality of education provided to young people, in this regard, base donnational characteristics, taking into account world experience, the transition to a digital education system.
It is in this context that the Concept of the development of the digital economy in our country for 2019-2025 is being gradually implemented.Among the reforms carried out in our country is the "Concept for the development of the digital education system in Turkmenistan", approved by the President of Turkmenistan on September 15, 2017. The education system plays an important role in the transition to a digital system in the country.
It goes without saying that for the development of digital education, first of all, teachers and specialists working in the field of education, as well as those who receive education, need to possess modern computer technologies. Thus, the task of improving the level of training of teachers to use modern technical resources and databases is also put forward.
At the same time, it is very important to provide educational institutions of our country with advanced innovative technologies, constantly improve the computer literacy of teachers. As part of the planned activities at the first stage of implementation, the Balkan Medical Secondary School has developed a network of software for digital educational systems for specialists, teachers, as well as students and digital educational portals based on it. The digital education portal includes such sections as e-mail, electronic documents, distance learning, scientific papers, e-learning tools, competitions, olympiads, conferences, forums, textbooks, teaching aids. In addition, as a result of the widespread introduction of digital technologies, high-speed Internet in our school, distance lessons and video conferences are regularly held among general education schools, including research and educational centers that cooperate in the field of education. It is advisable in our school in the field of international cooperation to effectively use the potential of the digital education system to fully reflect the work carried out in the field of education, science, sports, cultural and social activities in the country. Our school also creates modern electronic sets of teaching materials on subjects, electronic textbooks, teaching aids, video and audio materials, interactive multimedia programs and information booklets with the introduction of digital educational technologies.
A lot of work is being done in our Balkan Medical Secondary School to implement this concept.
